Hi friends,
I’m excited to share something new with you—The Mindful Life Design Lab, a three-month, live, small-group experience for anyone who wants to intentionally move a meaningful project or goal forward this year. This isn’t a class or a webinar. It’s a lab: you bring something that matters to you, and together we apply psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness to help turn it into a lived reality.
Normally, this Lab is a $500 program, but thanks to sponsorship from the Happiness Planner, I’m able to offer it to this community for just $99. Over three months, you’ll choose a project that’s important to you and work on it within a supportive, thoughtful container—learning how to design your life from the inside out, without force or overwhelm.
Below, I’ll share the full schedule and exactly what we’ll be doing in each session, so you can see whether this Lab feels like a good fit for you.
Warmly,
Rebecca
January 11 (11:00 AM Pacific): Dare to Dream. Do you have clarity about the dream/project you would like to work on, or could you use some help clarifying it? Our live zoom Lab today is a beautiful opportunity for you to get some personal guidance to help you make your dream a reality.
January 25: The Corridor Principle = Think Path, Not Goal. The corridor principle states that when you start moving down the hallway of your dreams, doors of opportunity appear. Today, while exploring possible paths, your right path will come to you in a moment of flash and clarity. After this, you will choose the small “touch” that you will do each day — the action that requires 20 percent effort, but creates 80 percent growth.
February 8: The Voice in Our Head. My doctoral dissertation was about Automatic Thoughts. In today’s Lab I’ll show you a technique called “Notice, Name, Relax, Release.” NNRR is a powerful way to help you manage the emotions that come up as you stretch and grow. This will be one of the most powerful things you take with you after the end of this program because it brings you so much peace, clarity, and confident presence.
February 22: Training Our Subconscious Mind. In today’s Lab, we will create a Life GPS — a visualization technique backed by science, that tells the subconscious mind the health, relationships, prosperity and career we want it to create for us.
March 8: Inner Journey/Outer Results. In addition to celebrating your tangible wins, it’s also important to acknowledge the inner journey. What new inner qualities are you noticing in yourself — Resilience, Confidence, Creativity? Today, you’ll set your intention for how you are going to show up on your continued journey.
March 22: Celebration! You stayed on path for 3 incredible months — perhaps something you have not been able to do before. What do you want to do next? Do you feel like your path is complete? Or have you discovered your passion and purpose and you want to keep going? We will finish this Life Design Lab with a “Crossing the Line” visualization which will reveal to you your future steps.
