Dear ,
We have a LIVE zoom call today and I would be very grateful if you can make it. Today’s special guest, Jennifer Joy Jennifer, is used to being on 200-person zoom calls and she is being very generous to make time for our call.
It’s a call where you stand up and move your body and it might feel a little awkward at first, but then it’s SO good. So if there is any way you can be on this call LIVE, please try.

In addition to the live zoom call, I also made a video for you about how to do NNRR. This may be the most important thing you take away from the Atomic Mindfulness event.
Last Spring, 200 people participated in The Calm Mind Study, to test out a technique I developed for my PhD program called Notice Name Relax Release (NNRR). If you helped me with that program, thank you again.
People who continued using NNRR after the study ended up experiencing some big results:
Decision-Making: Do NNRR before decision-making, to clear the windshield of your mind (so to speak). It improves the quality of your decisions.
Bandwidth: A very common phrase today is, “I don’t have the bandwidth (the capacity) for that.” Long term NNRR users are finding that releasing their feelings on a regular basis is giving them more bandwidth.
Old Issues: I’ve been using NNRR for a long time now and I was happy to discover that some of my old emotional issues have disappeared. It was as if I kept releasing a particular emotion again and again until the bucket was empty and the problem disappeared. NNRR helps you clear out old issues and challenges.
Sleep: If you ever have trouble sleeping because you keep thinking about something, use NNRR to clear out your feelings. This oftentimes stops the thoughts from being formed, clears your mind, and allows you to drift off to sleep.
Want to learn how to do Notice Name Relax Release, or need a refresher? Here is a quick video I created that walks you through the steps:

That’s all for today! Keep adding new techniques to your mindfulness toolbox. You never know when you will need them.
Sending you love and emotional health,
Rebecca
