Alien Lovers UNITE, ,
Welcome to the smuttier side of romance books with alien peens and the mates that love them.
My last email I talked about my migraines, and I just wanted to say a special thank you to everyone who messaged me back with their bitch you got this vibes. Because, yes, I'm gonna smack some tits (probably like a gorilla) and conquer some pain management like a bad ass (probably like godzilla). Everyone's got their own journey, and I appreciate you all being part of mine.
Also, I wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing a read along for my upcoming book Taking Medusa A Greek Myth Romantasy Retelling.
You can listen to chapter one here: Stevie McCoy (@authorsteviemarie) • Instagram photos and videos Follow me on Instagram for the live notice of Chapter 2 today. Or join the giveaway on KingSumo for a chance at the hardcover: Win Signed Hardcover! Launch Party Taking Medusa! (kingsumo.com)
I was supposed to do a live read along yesterday but had a complication with my new medication that had me on my ass most of the day. No worries, when trying to figure out new meds, sometimes it's a matter of trial and error about how things react with your body, and most people don't have any side-effects at all, while there are people like me who's bodies are like ooooo Side Effects? That sounds like a lovely menu, let's see what I'd like today. A little of that and some of that.
Basically, yesterday I had the side effect of mental confusion and speech impairment, and I could hear what people were saying to me, and repeating what people say was easy. Like if my daughter was saying something, I could just repeat it and to everyone else it seemed like I all there in my mind. But, in reality, it was taking me a lot of effort to process what people wanted me to do, or what people wanted from me. If I were reading a book, I'd probably have repeated sentences and stumbled over my words, and or took very long pauses.
I feel WAY better today, so no worries, but it means we're back to square one on finding a solution for my migraines because I'd much rather deal with my current problems than the new ones that medicine presented with the side effects.
Anyways, feel free to join me on my live read along journey on Instagram as I read through the book Taking Medusa. You can put in your earbuds and listen if you're unable to read along, no need to look at my mug the whole time, though I guess you're welcome to it. haha. Enjoy today's indie temptations and have a lovely Tuesday! See you Friday!
Indie Temptations Highlight:
For one queen to rise, another must fall, and keeping her is the highest cost of all... his soul.
Rejected from the mating ceremony, Mabel finds a unique way of making her dreams of a family come true, though she may have to defy the leader of her planet to do so, and work with a species that isn't known for playing fair to have everything she desires.
Trent is the prince of his planet Krelis, and his mother, the queen, is on the verge of issuing a hostile takeover of yet another planet. The only way to stop a war and stop the hemorrhaging of his warriors is to seek a political mate bond with the future leader of Estreldez, but the one that stirs his mating glands is an advisor outcast from her clan.

Lovely thoughts on Newly Released Her Alien Savior!
"This story that is about Riley a human and Commander Direl a Necia warrior was a very enjoyable alien romance to read. Riley signed up to the Human Exchange Trade hoping to be adopted by an alien family. Riley gets chosen by Klemon to go to Trillume only on her way there her shuttle gets boarded by Necia warriors. Riley finds out she's been adopted to a Trill that's a criminal. Direl was betrayed and drugged unconscious by King Sylve. Direl awakens with restrain cuffs on him and in a cell with Riley. He finds himself drawn toward her and experiencing the systems of the rut. What occurs afterwards is an engaging, action-packed, romantic story I enjoyed and devoured. Loved our couple and their chemistry in this copy I'd received and volunteer to read and review." - BossAngel
"What an adventure this was! Political intrigue, spaceship mutiny, scheming crew mates and one totally oblivious human female kept me enthralled from the beginning. I really liked Riley but thought she was a little naive when others explained what was really going on. Direl held it together way better than I thought he would, especially when his crew mate tried and darn near succeeded in claiming Riley for herself. Whew was that scene tense! I can’t wait to read more in this series." - Amazon Reviewer Carmen

Where you'll get to know estreld spy Gaven and human tech wizard Ashley better while on planet Krelis uncovering the schemes of krelin and estreld politics and subterfuge!
Gaven:
I didn’t get the nickname Sky Bender because I popped out of camouflage to enforce compliance of our treaties. It was because I was around to punish those that acted against the better interests of peace… and though I didn’t fly, I saw everything.
I just didn’t see her… getting in my way.
Having a human exchange come to Krelis at a time like this was bad luck, but she kept getting herself involved and I couldn’t keep my distance. F*ck whatever plans I had, I had no choice but to keep her at my side and out of trouble while I stopped Queen Kai and Commander Li-aq from destroying the hive while Mabel was offworld.
Ashley:
This was all wrong. I was so close to finding the outlaw responsible for ruining so many lives. Next thing I knew I was waking up from stasis on the other side of the known universe of Trillume, and my team was nowhere to be seen. Getting off this planet and back to my mission was priority, until I realized this whole planet was ground zero for the Star Breaker’s nanobugs and could hold the key to finally capturing them. If only a stubborn green alien didn’t think he was some kind of savior and preventing me from continuing my search. First, I had to give him the slip, but no matter what I try he keeps showing up, and the way he looks at me makes me hope he never stops finding me.
Book three of the Treasures of Trillume fated mates alien romances, all standalone steamy adventures filled with political intrigue, angsty love, and a few twists and surprises along the way. Intended for mature readers, these couples do not fade to black, and you'll be devouring the pages towards each HEAFN.
Though all of the romances are standalone, it is recommended you read book two, Her Alien Prince, to enjoy this one more, as this one does contain some spoilers for that book. Though knowing the "ending" doesn't always spoil the journey, so it's okay if you read which ever book you want first in the Trillume Universe.
