Hey ,
You joined S.M. McCoy's launch team for Taking Medusa! If you've already read and reviewed, you can click the "completed" button at the bottom of your FIRST onboarding email, so you don't get reminders. (or email me to manually move you to the completed team) But this email is for everyone on the ARC team, because I HAVE STICKERS! (Scroll down if you've already finished reading Taking Medusa)
We are a month into the ARC launch!
Haven't dug out your copy, then dig in because I AM super excited to know your thoughts on the story! As an indie author, your support really does help motivate me to bring out the next book!
So, thank you from the bottom of my squishy heart!
The Hardcover is posted on Amazon, which allows reviewers to copy and paste their reviews from GR over to Amazon on the physical hardcover, instead of waiting for the ebook to launch. They don't allow reviews on pre-orders, that's the benefit of launching the physical book early, we can start launching reviews before the ebook is live!
If you've finished reading Taking Medusa, you can post over your review to Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/review/create-review/?ie=UTF8&channel=glance-detail&asin=1732247587

BookBub here: Taking Medusa: A Greek Myth Monster Retelling (Dark Gods Rising Book 1) by S.M. McCoy and Sky Robert - BookBub
Thank you to the ARC readers who have posted their reviews on Amazon:
This helps Amazon find more readers who may like the book, but also for indies, books are more likely to be seen after they've reached 50 ratings. So, we are well on our way!
Review GOAL 7/50 on Amazon
Review GOAL 17/70 on Goodreads
Why 70? Because that's how many readers I accepted on the ARC team!
We are currently averaged at 4.76/5
LAUNCH DATE: OCTOBER 3rd!
Thank you to Ketty, for your thoughtful and detailed review on GR! OMG, I was just dying when I read the Skywalker reference. haha.
"It is the start of a series and it is a very good start. I am ready to see where this goes. Does the triangle continue or do we move past that? Is the character I am dubbing Skywalker for spoilers purpose going to die a horrible death because I hate their guts and hope they get put on an intestinal crank (one can only hope)? Can't wait to find out." - Ketty
Haha, for those of you who have read the book, you know who she's referencing as Skywalker, and those who haven't yet, then you will soon enough!

AND TADA! I've made MILF stickers for the ARC TEAM!
(FREESIES ARC TEAM STICKER!)
If you want one of these stickers, all you have to do is reply back any time before Taking Medusa's Launch on October 3rd 2023 with your address and say "MILF's UNITE!" Okay, you don't have to say that, but something along the lines of YES, I want the MILF sticker will do. I'll have them in stock next week, so they'll get shipped out right away! I designed it myself, because... I have an addiction to making all things stickers! Use it as a bookmark, slap it on your tablet cover, pin it to the corkboard, stick it in your reading journal, display it proudly on your shirt with a pin, whatever you want.
How interested would people be in having a sticker that says something along the lines of "Official ARC reader for S.M.McCoy" Or "Certified ARC reader of Romantasy" Or something along those lines for the next ARC?
(I do not sell or save your information, it is only for the purpose of sending you the sticker. If it makes you more comfortable you can always grab a fun Dion and the Krag Sticker from my Author Store and I can add this sticker in with your order freesies. And your information is only sent through my secured PayHip, while also supporting more stickers and future books!) Slap that on your reading journal *brow wiggle Aren't they just adorable?
https://payhip.com/b/H7hTA (arriving next week!)
(YES, I DO send internationally. I send it through letter post with forever international stamps.)
