Hey ,
Welcome to the smuttier side of romance with alien bits that vibrate and the mates that love them.
Today is a shorter email so you can prepare for whatever pub crawl you are planning, but I thought you might appreciate the funsies patty day image I made for you. haha. I almost forgot it was patty day and I whipped this up for you to give you a giggle. It's Trent with patty day peen horns. HAhaha, I crack myself up.
I'll be doing a small local pub crawl later today, old people style, because this pub crawl ends before 9 pm... because this hermit has a book to finish reading. that... and my mom only agreed to babysit the kids for a few hours. You do what you can to pretend other things in life are more fun than books. I'll tell you what I'm reading next week with another review.

What I'm reading Corner:
Quick instalove fated mates
This is a quick read probably around 45k in words/150 pages worth, similar read time to reading Her Alien Exchange. Took me around 2 hours to read.
Alien swoops in, saves the girl, they both fall hard and fast with the psychic link to their fated mate. The book encapsulates a day in the character's time, and is likely to include the couple in next books as supporting cast with the rest of the fated mates matches, as the aliens are part of a team assisting humans during a horrible virus that is similar to zombies. Earth is basically fucked, and they are evacuating any humans that are not infected if they can reach a pickup location plastered all over with flyers.
It's written well, and the only reason I can't give it a 5 star is because there's buildup of past trauma and what feels like no payoff with that part of herself being revealed to her mate. It makes sense that it isn't yet shared between the two psychically linked mates with only a day together, but I'm unsure if it will be addressed in another book, since it will feature another couple, so it feels incomplete for this mated pair.
As for a quick escape, this is the perfect book for that. 9pm and want to wind down with a good Alien Romance? This is it, because you'll get fated mates, virgin alien warrior who waited for their perfect mind link. The main character is a schoolteacher that got stuck at the school building during the outbreak, and she basically adopts a few of her students, feeling attached to them like they were her own, and she essentially agrees to be the alien's mate in exchange for saving them from the school without them reaching the designated pick-up zones.

I've had it with Brad. If bad relationship after bad relationship has taught me anything, it's how to recognize when I'm not happy. It's time to move on!
I feel better with that decided, but I can't give him a chance to convince me otherwise. That's why I have no intention of telling him before he leaves or giving him a chance to convince me to relocate for his new job with him. No way. Not. Happening.
Staying in my car at Yosemite overnight seems like an ideal plan. Until the strange, teal light illuminates my car, and I wake up in a cage with three other people. Everything outside the window is pink and red on the planet, and I don't feel very well ...
Don't forget about reading the free book you grabbed when you joined! It's around 150 pages, and easily gobbled up in an evening for a fun escape!

Every skin trader in the galaxy is after me but the gold-skinned, winged beast poses the biggest threat.
I’ve been abducted from Earth and forced to dance at a burlesque on an alien prison planet where the inmates indulge in debauchery in return for good behavior. Seems human captives have become a hot commodity now that Earth is a breath away from extinction. Suddenly, every black-market skin trader and inmate with empty pockets is after me.
