The last few weeks, I've been doing highlights of Indie Alien Romance Authors that I look up to and hope to one day reach where they are now!
Here's some statistic lust on my progress as an indie author!
Her Alien Delegate had:
26 readers support from my Author Direct PayHip Store (Read today when you grab it direct from my author store!)
28 Kindle Pre-orders on Amazon
1 Author Direct from Curios!
That's a total of 55 preorders before launch on August 26th 2025!
Her Alien Insurgent had a total of 99 preorders on Amazon (I did not do a direct preorder on my store for this book)
To compare my last year's launch to this year's launch we are at 55 out of 99 preorders from last launch and a goal of reaching 140 grabs of Her Alien Delegate within the first month of launch. That's almost 40% of the way there!
Only 3 days left of being able to grab Her Alien Delegate a spicy tentacle reverse harem romance direct from me and read today, before it's pulled from my author store to be exclusive with KU!
Happy Reading!
What Readers are Saying about my newest release Her Alien Delegate!
"A steamy alien-human fated mates RH romance, exploring love, survival, choice, trust, family, sacrifice, healing, political intrigue, and loyalty. It’s about survival in the face of betrayal, choice when freedom feels out of reach, the struggle to build trust across fear and loss, and bonds forged in fire." - Kymagirl
"OMG. I finished this book within a couple hours!! It was glorious, had the spice and a HEA!! And 3 hot alien men to boot!! You will not be disappointed!" 5-star Reviewer Desiree
"The guys have TENTACLES!!!And how they use them to worship Evie!" 5-star reviewer Sandra
"Sky Robert is never—NEVER—boring! Her aliens are TRULY alien, and these stories are as much about immersing us in the weirdness as they are about the sex." 4-star reviewer Jeanne
If you like tentacles, an absurd amount of alien seed, and caring aliens that worship their human mate then this is the book for you!

Her Alien Delegate is launching on Amazon on August 26th 2025!
This section is brief this week. I haven't had any new progress to report since last update. I've been taking a break and playing Yu-Gi-Oh card game on my GBA, reading books like Long Live Evil, and watching Master Chef. Long Live Evil's author Sarah was in town and I decided to drop by and say hi to her, got my book signed, and some pretty character art. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to meet her when she lives across the pond and happened to only be 30 minutes away from me for a brief time!
Basically, I'm taking a mental breather so I can try to get out of my funk. Reading books, playing video games, and watching Asian dramas on Netflix. I think I'd feel better with a boost of morale if my newest launch Her Alien Delegate surprises me and breaks even on launch costs within launch month like Her Alien Warrior did, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm going to get back to the joy of writing what I want when I want regardless of sales data after a bit of a break.
Thank you for being part of my team, and supporting me by being on my newsletter! This is the one space that I will continue to update and post to regardless of what else is happening. Chat soon! xoxo
I'm going to be RETURNING to HOT & STEAMY 2026!
Grab tickets for 2026 PNW Hot & Steamy from Eventbrite!
Standalone plot with spice adventures of fated mates, space vampires, knotting, and bonds that will last beyond the stars! All available in Kindle Unlimited!
One of my goals this year is to get Her Alien Insurgent up to 50 ratings/reviews on Amazon! It's got 39 ratings on Amazon now, and 73 ratings on Goodreads! With a 4.8 average rating!

All of my books are standalone alien romances, each a separate complete romance, read in any order, and with their interconnected plots, each book layers and you find out more about the world the more you read. Have questions from one book? Read another one, and you're sure to find more answers, and perhaps more questions as the universe unravels. That's what I love about sci-fi adventures set in the same universe, there's so much room to play!
Happy Reading and Thank you for being part of my author journey,
xoxo
