Thank you for being part of my ARC team and if you missed grabbing Her Alien Delegate, all links are in this email to grab the ARC.
If you've already read the book, thank you so much for lifting Her Alien Delegate to the top of your TBR! It means a lot to me to have you share this world with me.
Many of you have already shared your thoughts on Goodreads, and now we are live on Amazon for those of you who are able to copy and paste those reviews to share your thoughts on that platform as well. No worries if you can't.
As always, being part of my team is not reliant on reviewing at all, but it does help my books reach new readers, so if you can it is much appreciated.
Here are the links to share your thoughts about the book!

Let me know! xoxo -Sky
Stats!
In order for Her Alien Delegate to breakeven on launch costs, including the cost of paying for a human editor, book cover, and other misc expenses (not including my time to write or market) I will need to reach at least 160 readers.
As of Sunday, when I'm writing this, as I know my brain will be all over the place during the week for the launch so here are the current stats! I'll give updated stats after launch.
32 Amazon Pre-orders, 1 Curios, 28 PayHip Direct
61/160 Achieved of goal! We are 38% there!
What's NEXT!?
I've been struggling a lot mentally lately, and because of that my future plans for the universe are put on hold. I'm going to take a bit of a writing break from Trillume, to write just whatever I want without any expectations on me, so that I can unwind a bit. I still love the Trillume Universe and all the aliens in it, but as much as I still love them, and want to write more about them, I want to give my brain a break. I've wrapped a lot of my self-worth into the "success" of my books, which have taken a serious dip in 2025, instead of the expected slow increase over time.
I've never had high expectations, as expectations are the cause of disappointment most of the time, and I wanted my expectations to be realistic so I could be surprisingly pleased if I met or exceeded them. Unfortunately, there were a lot of unexpected pitfalls during my author journey that have failed to meet the expectations, and I must recalibrate my definition of what it means to be successful, or what would meet my expectations of happiness within my author career.
I went from a high of having Her Alien Warrior's launch break even during launch month, to the low of Her Alien Insurgent being my least read book, despite being my HIGHEST rated book from those who did decide to read it, to having Her Alien Starbreaker barely make $18 in profit from being part of an anthology, and Her Alien Delegate not even meeting the same pre-order launch stats as my least read book Her Alien Insurgent. It's just a lot of hits to my author goals that I must think about and refocus on what I'm going to do next to turn it around. I'm not quitting, just need to figure out what's next.
When an author joins an anthology, we all know we aren't going to make money at it, but with over 800+ readers who grabbed the anthology, my book Her Alien Starbreaker is the last story in the book, and the least likely to be read by new readers. Not many readers actually read every book in an anthology. The goal with an anthology isn't to make money, but to find new readers, and I found that all the readers who reviewed on the anthology were readers who were already part of my ARC team, and not new readers. I'm hoping that perhaps that changes over time, but I'm not sure I found the value I was looking for in joining an anthology as of yet, and Her Alien Starbreaker might be taking a while to earn back its launch costs at this rate.
I'm going to write a few short stories similar to my TKManAteHer, perhaps prepare for holiday reads like Halloween, and Christmas. I usually see a dip in readers during holidays, and could use a holiday themed story to help offset the slim months coming. And being part of my ARC team means you get to read everything for freesies. So, stay tuned in and I'll have some new short reads for you soon!
xoxo
