5 ways science makes things invisible for Her Alien Prince

As I continue to pound my keyboard like it's mating season...

Hey ,

As I continue to pound my keyboard like it's mating season on Estreldez, I thought I'd share with you something fun about krelins, since Her Alien Prince is coming close to completion. (Winky face)

Oh... and I guess... Happy President's Day... it means no school for the kiddos, so no writing today, but here is some science behind the alien warriors the krelins. Also, for people on the monthly updates! I forgooots to include you in the last email on Valentine's day... soooo... here I am! Sorry about that, and hope you enjoy this email instead!

Krelin warriors have wings, you probably gathered that much from the bookcover, but what you didn't know is that their wings disappear when they are folded back. They are still there, of course, just they disappear from what can be perceived by our eyes!

That's science.

So, of course I must tell you all the ways in which science can make things disappear because... FUN!

1) keeping things cool - Okay, this one is really only "invisible" if it's nighttime, and you can only see with infrared sensors, but this is what ships could use to become invisible to scanners.

2) Magnetism - again this has to do with scanners and tricking sensors by placing an object within a magnetized container that can fool metal detectors.

3) Silence - there is a device in Germany that speeds up incoming sound waves so that they pass by the object as if they simply didn't interact with anything within the field of the object... okay, so not invisible, but the sound disappears!

Now, these next two are the real science invisibility!

4) Mirage - When a large change in temperature over a small distance bends the light rays headed for the ground, making them bounce back to your eyes in such a way where you see a pool of water. Thus, hiding objects that may be behind this temperature fluctuation.

5) Time - If light travels towards our eyes too fast, we perceive events instantaneously. IFFFFF, light passes through a lens of low frequency at the red end of the spectrum while high frequency at the blue end of the spectrum it creates a temporal hole! The wavelengths are stitched back together and the beam "appears" continuous to our eyes... THUS, INVISIBLE!

In Her Alien Prince... the wings on a krelin when folded back, pressing both wings together it CREATES this high-low light frequency on both color spectrums that essentially renders the wings INVISIBLE.

Yes, I got all sciency on your ass while also giving you a gorgeous alien peen that is so large that deep penetration is a girl's new favorite pass time only if she's well prepared. And of course, he's more than happy to help with that.

So, yes, go forth and pre-order Her Alien Prince while it's $1.99 to help support his large wang... I mean, the joy of reading about how science makes wings invisible! Of course... that's what I mean to say. It had nothing to do with his horns...

Wait, he has horns? These are not pictured in the book cover... Has it all been LIES! (sobs) It's okay, yes, he has horns, and it was probably my bad that they were not included in the customed cover... but I feel too bad to go and ask my artist to go add them in now that it's all completed and pretty and such. I think we can use our imaginations for it, when we read about how she hangs onto them while his mouth devou...right, so... yah, that happens.

If you're into that, along with a fun world-building adventure then here's where to pre-order: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BTM99FHH

While you're there, you can check out Jewel of the Alien Bandit, if you haven't already, it's available on Kindle Unlimited to read for freesies, and now launched on Audible: https://www.amazon.com/Jewel-Alien-Bandit-Treasures-Trillume-ebook/dp/B0BNLBRLMF/

An outlaw striving for freedom, and a leader of her planet searching for solutions for her clan's political intrigues. Full of world-building, adventure, and sexual tension between duty and the heart.

Here is the latest review for Jewel of the Alien Bandit:

"This was a great book and I loved how the characters had different reasons for being at the Moon Ceremony but when they see each other their lives will be forever changed. Princess Luan has never had to enter into the Moon mating ceremony but now her mother the Almder leader of there clan has changed her mind and an alliance is born and when Luan see the the sexy Bounty Hunter she thinks that being mated would be so bad if she could have him as her mate. Vareo is a bounty hunter who is sent to steal the jewel but he must get an invite into the Moon mating ceremony but he never thought that the gorgeous and feisty female he sees would have him drawn to protect her with his life but he still needs to find the jewel and finally clear his debt and be free. How will this all work out with drama, action, adventure, suspense, danger and hot and steamy love. So good." - 4-star Review on Jewel of the Alien Bandit from Karen

Thank you, Karen! Excited to share Her Alien Prince with you next!

Last week Jewel of the Alien Bandit had a Bookbub New Release Feature!

I must say, the first day was slow rolling after the email was sent out at 10:44 a.m. and honestly, there wasn't much movement on the book until later in the evening, but nothing jaw-dropping in terms of return on investment.

Am I totally excited for the new readers I reached to get all up into my alien business, yes!

Did I get the results I would hope for with a $300 marketing campaign? No... not really. It's a bit deflating to see that BookBub's reach is probably better suited to already established authors that people recognize the name and are like, I need me some! But the sales trickled in throughout the week, and if a majority of those people grabbed the book, saw the free Her Alien Exchange and have joined me on this newsletter, then I consider it a stepping stone towards the Trillume Galaxy's success.

Grab your alien romance fix today and inspire more words written in Her Alien Savior, the next necia fated mate romance. Where we meet Riley and Direl, including some more "bathing" mixups! Pre-order this direct on PayHip, and receive the first 5 chapters before anyone else, while also supporting indie for $1.99!

https://payhip.com/b/UO3uB

It's come to my attention that most people who have pre-ordered Her Alien Savior have refused to read the 5 chapter preview... because they want to devour the book all at once. I understand this, so I'm going to sweeten the pre-order perk pot by including an extra bonus scene to all pre-order copies of Her Alien Savior. So... no, you don't have to read the 5 chap preview, but YOU will get a super special bonus chapter not included with the regular release once you get your book, on top of the pre-order pricing of $1.99.

Anyways, go forth and inspire me to go write some more words by joining the Trillume Universe:
