Overview

This interactive webinar provides practical tips on helping clients identify, challenge and change unhelpful thinking styles.

Key ideas

It is widely recognised that cognitive biases perpetuate psychological distress by maintaining negative perceptions of our relationships and the world around us. These Unhelpful Thinking Styles (UTS) are a key part of the mechanics of depression, anxiety, anger and many other psychological disorders. But how can we help clients identify these and break the vicious circles they maintain? And how can we as therapists and counsellors ensure that we ourselves are not falling victim to TUTS - Therapist Unhelpful Thinking Styles?

A Certificate of Attendance confirming 1 hour CPD will be available to all attendees.

Attendees will get also get the chance to see the new Flutura therapy system in action and see how it can help with UTSs
