Today is National Heroes Day here in Jamaica.
We honour the women and men whose courage shaped who we are as a people.
But today I want to ask you a quieter question.
What would happen if you recognized that you are a hero?
Because you kept going when it was hard, .
Because you carried what others never saw.
, you showed up again and again for the people you love, and sometimes even for yourself. That's what heroes do.
