WEEKLY WORDS:
over the last 4 weeks I've been taking a technology "Shabbat" so no phone Friday night - Saturday night and it's been amazing. Disconnecting from my phone has allowed me to read more, clarify and download more from the universe, and overall recharge in a way I didn't know was possible.
