Hello my alien lovers! How many of you use Galatea to read/listen to books? It's a reading app that I've found is mostly romance, and mostly paranormal stories, but I wanted to know how many, if any, have used the app?
Why do you ask Sky?
Well, one of the owners of this app has reached out to me about author services they are starting up, similar to BookFunnel. Using the Galatea app in a similar way to share free books, or get feedback on ARCs that people can read through their app, and comment on it. Having more of an interactive experience with the books.
How would that look?
I would upload my free book, like Her Alien Exchange, share the link exclusive to newsletter subscribers, like I do now with BookFunnel, but with Galatea. Unlike with BookFunnel, the book is in the Galatea app that allows readers to comment and interact with other readers while enjoying the story.
I like the idea, and I'm willing to give it a shot, but does this sound like something you would be interested in?
Is this a platform people would be willing to give a try/read from?
It's cool to think about the interactive aspect, but I guess this is mostly for people that use their phones to read like I do? Or perhaps a tablet that can download apps?

Okay, so my friend Jeff thinks I should change licked to "wetted", since she was literally just thinking about how "wet" Trent was making her. And yes, it's a bit on the nose, but I'm not mad at it.
I know that some people despise the word "moist" but part of me really likes the sound of it being "moistened"
