I asked AI to tell me an alien romance story here was the result

Once upon a time on a distant planet in a far-off...

Hey ,

The whole internet is going crazy about AI! And how it will replace writers, storytellers, and well, many creative roles.

I asked ChatAI to generate an alien romance story for me, this was the result:

Once upon a time, on a distant planet in a far-off galaxy, there lived a young alien named Zara. Zara was a beautiful and curious creature, with shimmering blue skin and large, expressive eyes. Despite her kind and gentle nature, Zara felt alone and isolated on her lonely planet.

One day, while exploring a nearby asteroid field, Zara stumbled upon a strange, damaged spacecraft. Inside, she found a handsome and injured alien named Axl. Axl was from a different planet, one filled with war and destruction. Zara took Axl back to her home planet and nursed him back to health.

As the days passed, Zara and Axl grew closer and fell in love. They discovered that they were two of the most compatible beings in the universe, each offering the other the love, comfort, and companionship they had always been searching for.

However, their happiness was short-lived. Axl received a distress call from his home planet, and he was forced to leave Zara to return to his war-torn world. Zara was heartbroken, but she understood Axl's duty to his people.

Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months. Zara heard nothing from Axl, and she feared the worst. She decided to embark on a journey to find him and help him in any way she could.

Zara's journey was long and dangerous, but finally, she arrived on Axl's home planet. To her surprise, she found that Axl was leading a rebellion against the warmongers who had devastated his world. With her help, Axl's rebellion was successful, and peace was restored to his planet.

In the end, Zara and Axl were reunited and, hand in hand, they returned to Zara's home planet to live out their days in happiness and love. They proved that love knows no boundaries, not even between different worlds and species.

It wasn't a bad story, but the story was definitely more tell, not show, in a third person. Similar to an outline for a story. Perhaps Ai could be a great way of generating ideas for authors, but still this would not replace alien romance by any means.

So, I changed up the prompt to say, "Tell me a first-person perspective story about an alien that falls in love with a human."

I am an alien from a distant planet, and I never expected to fall in love with a human. But that was before I met Sarah.

I had been sent to Earth on a mission to gather information and study the human race. At first, I saw them as mere subjects for my research. But then I met Sarah, and everything changed.

She was kind and curious, always eager to learn and explore. We started talking, and I found myself drawn to her intelligence, her sense of humor, and her infectious laughter. Before I knew it, I was falling in love with her.

At first, I tried to resist my feelings. After all, I was an alien, and she was a human. I didn't know if our love could ever be accepted, especially by her own kind. But I couldn't help how I felt.

Eventually, I mustered up the courage to tell Sarah about my feelings. To my surprise, she felt the same way. We started a secret relationship, always looking over our shoulders for fear of being discovered.

But our love was too strong to be kept hidden for long. We were eventually found out, and there was a public outcry. People were scared and angry, and some even called for us to be separated.

Despite the opposition, Sarah and I stood by each other, determined to fight for our love. And in the end, love won. People slowly started to see that our love was real, and that it didn't matter that we were from different worlds.

Now, we are happily together, proving that love knows no boundaries. I may be an alien, but Sarah has made me feel more at home than I ever have. I am grateful to have found love in the most unexpected of places, and I wouldn't trade a single moment of our journey for anything in the world.

Let's just say, I think AI may be used as a tool for authors in the future, but I highly doubt we are anywhere near close enough to be replacing authors, if ever.

The alien romance genre is safe from AI, for now.

And you can delve into the Trillume Universe for your own dose of sweet, sweet alien romance with Jewel of the Alien Bandit on Kindle Unlimited if you like alien outlaws, princesses of a struggling planet, and a bit of political intrigue with your alien peen.

SBee Reviews 5-star review said, " This new-to-me author offered an enticing first look into her multi-layered sci-fi series showcasing unique aliens with real heart and grit paired with ages-old societal and mating challenges. The worldbuilding groundwork has been artfully laid, along with the introductions of the (hopefully anticipated) characters for the next installments to come."

And yes, SBee, there are anticipated romances to come, one of which is almost ready for Typokillers to review once it comes back from the editor!

You can preload your e-readers in preparation for the next book: Her Alien Prince where you'll meet Trent, and Mabel. The Prince of the Krelis Horde, and a dedicated mating research advisor, who happens to have no qualms about a man with horns, wings, knotting peen, and two hearts that only beat for her. More character bonding than Jewel of the Alien Bandit, and all the world-building/political intrigue people loved before. This one is longer than book one, because as with most things, if you add more, the book grows too.

I'll be honest, I struggled with where to end Her Alien Prince, because there is so much more to tell about Mabel and Trent's story, but perhaps if there is enough interest I will come back to the series once the main plot is flushed out with the other mate pairings and give a reprise to Luan and Vareo and Mabel and Trent's stories.

Grab Her Alien Prince:

You can also pre-order Her Alien Savior, the next necia, exhibitionist fated mate romance. Where we meet Riley and Direl, including some more "bathing" mixups! Direct on PayHip's secured checkout from me, and receive the first 5 chapters before anyone else, while also supporting indie for $1.99!
