Welcome to the smuttier side of romance with alien bits that vibrate and the mates that love them.
Recently, the hubs decided to surprise me with buying a toy. I can't speak for everyone, but for me, that's more awkward than going to buy something, or picking something out together.
Why?
Well, it's a very personal thing, isn't it?
Sky... how personal can it be when you're broadcasting all your business to your newsletter?
Yah, yah. I don't have much of a filter, but I have yet to try this new toy because well, psychologically speaking I can only speculate on the whys of the matter.
Is it because I wasn't involved in the decision-making process of choosing the toy?
Is it because it looks like an awkward weapon, and isn't meant for rubbing up against it?
Is it because it doesn't resemble an alien peen? A tentacle, or perhaps it's because it isn't a beautiful pair of heated folds to rub up on? Really, it could be anything.
(Yes, you read that correctly, I like both.)
But, I stare at this box of some weapon called the "Satisfyer Pro" and my writer brain is like... hmmm how can I turn this toy into an alien perk?
I mean there are already tentacles out there that suck on a cl*t. But perhaps there is an alien peen that puffs air out like a heated vent system that stimulates and as the air sucks back in, it creates a suction? Who knows, but I'm probably going to use this as fodder for creating a new alien species... MAYBE, the female of this species has a clit that suctions to stimulate itself while also pleasuring the male of the species.
Regardless, I thought it was a fun little thing to think about, and if you like a bit of knotting peen that vibrates, and or perhaps one that has scale flaps that flutter and fill then have I got some aliens for you!

Also, side note: I think my hesitancy with using the Satisfyer might have something to do with it's supposed to just stay there and suck, blowing little puffs of air, and my mind keeps telling me that it's missing something like friction, and fullness. Perhaps it needs to be used in conjunction with something else, but then the wand-like format seems off if you double up on the services... a debate for another time.

"This is wonderful. the world building and the characters are fabulous and you can easily lose yourself in it all. You can read this as a standalone if you wished, but the clever way that little touches from the first book are mixed in it would be a shame to miss them.
I loved Mabel. She has been hidden in the backgroud for most of her life yet she has not become resentful. She has chosen to do as much good as she can. What she doesn't know is that she has also been protected most her life but that came in the form of lies and suffocation. A very hard thing to get her head round when it all comes out. Trenton is trying to do the very best not only for his hive but for his entire species. He was being rather selfless about it until he met Mabel and that's when it all changed. There was no way he was going to let her get away from him but he did rather bungle it all love him. Interwoven round this is an insiduous threat but will they be able to prevent a war?" - 5 star review from Fay on Goodreads!
